So I have been hunting for a specific game for roughly 7 years now, you might think oh it’s just a game right? Not that important right? I’ve remembered this game for years because I have an inexplicable urge to play the game again. Problem is though, I dont remember the name of the game.
I can tell you so many specific memories of this game. I remember that it was sort of like a point and click adventure game. Not like a monkey island game but much more refined.
It was a PC game made sometime between 1998 and 2011 I think and I remember it having the main character and roses on the box. It had a fantasy theme where the main character, a young woman goes to her father’s residence to find him as he has went missing or she thinks he is dead or something. In the starting area I remember there is a bucket you fill with water and then there is a like cellar or something with a portal in it that you enter and you are transported to the magical other realm. There is a town that you can head to where all of the residents seem to be magical and other worldly. And in said town there is a record player you are tasked with fixing. In another scene there is a Victorian style market strip with a book store that has a worm that you can talk to. In the little market looking area there is a man singing up to the woman he loves from the street. Near the town there is a house on it’s own with ivy growing up the side and it seems that the only way to get inside is to climb the ivy but you player character states that the ivy is unstable and can not hold her weight. There is a cave with a dragon that you must pass through. A little village in the treetops with bridges between the canopies with a kind village leader. There is a troll that sits in front of a gate you must enter and a dragon egg sitting a a castle that you must cross an extremely long bridge to get into(it would make you sit there and watch your character walk all the way across the bridge before letting you in). Inside the castle there is a almost stamping looking elevator.
The art style look sort of like a combination of these games below with a style that had that awkward fade where they were trying to make 2D graphics look 3D and the cursor had a little eye when you would hover over things.
It also had some areas with grand designs such as the image above.
I do not believe the game was Riven, or Myst. I am suspicious of The Longest Journey but the summary of the game does not match up in some spots with what I remember
Please just help me find this game. I can no longer ask the person who originally gave me the game and I no longer possess it as every thing I had back then is gone now. Any clues you might have would be greatly appreciated.

This is genuinely a major good story that needs to be shared! Biden has also been active in pushing the DOJ to fight in the courts the Republican laws that have been set up against lgbt youths and their families across republican led states.
